All orders for delivery to the United Kingdom or Ireland qualify for free delivery. This free delivery is by way of An Post's standard, unregistered delivery. If you would like your order faster, or with more security, you should select an alternative shipping method. Nue Blue Eriu Franchising Intl Ltd accept no liability for the speed or efficiency of An Post or any other shipping provider. All other delivery options are charged at cost, according to the weight and destination of the shipment.

In signing up for an account at nuestore, we ask you for certain details. These details are encrypted and stored remotely. We may, from time to time, send emails to our newsletter subscription list. Membership of this list is voluntary and you may unsubscribe from it at any time either by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the mail, or by logging in to your "My Account" section and amending your preferences on the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab.
All of the payments made at nuestore are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not have access to your credit-card information.
We hate spam and promise not to overload your inbox with irrelevant information. We will never sell your information to third parties, but it may be shared between Nue Blue Eriu Group companies for the purposes of marketing and customer analysis. - Returns & Replacements
As in our physical stores, Nue Blue Eriu Franchising Intl Ltd offer a 30-day returns policy on purchases from nuestore. Simply put, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of your receipt of the item, and we will refund you as per our refund policy below.
We do not accept postage costs for returned items, however you may drop your online returns into our flagship store in Dublin (7 South William St, Dublin 2, Ireland) should you not wish to entrust them to the postal service.
We are unable to refund the cost of giftwrapping. We will refund the postage costs you paid for us to ship the item out to you regardless of how you choose to return it.
We are unable to accept the following as returns:
- Any opened products, unless they are faulty. Please indicate clearly why you think the item is faulty. The decision of our returns team will be final in this matter.
- Any products without their original packaging
- Any brushes, makeup (unless sealed), intimate or edible items
- Any products purchased more than 30 days before return.
In light of the high value of the items we sell, we strongly suggest you use recorded delivery to return products to us.
How to package a return:
Please wrap your item carefully, to ensure it isn’t damaged in the post. Mark your package with the following:

Please mark your order confirmation number clearly on the package as well as a return address – we receive many parcels each day, and it is vitally important to know which one is from whom if we are to process refunds.
Our refund system:
On receipt of your goods, we will acknowledge this via an email. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase and will be dispatched within three weeks of receipt of your returned product.
We will not refund the costs of postage, nor the costs of giftwrapping.
- Ordering
You may order online any time of day or night. All of our payments are handled by a reputable third-party payments handler, and we do not get to see your credit card information. We aim to ship all products on the next business day - orders placed early in the morning may be shipped that day if possible. Delivery times are as per An Post's Service Level and all shipments are sent from our warehouse in Co Waterford, Ireland.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are quoted in Euro, and include Irish VAT at 21%. Any discount coupons, codes or promotions will be applied to the base price of an item and VAT will only be charged on the price paid for that item. We do not charge VAT on shipping, though the costs may include VAT where applicable.
- Viewing Orders
We will send you regular updates via email as we process your orders. You may track the progress of your order by logging in to your "My Account" section and clicking on "My Orders".
- Updating Account Information
To help us to deliver you the premium service we should like, please ensure that your contact and other details in your "My Account" section are correct and complete.
